    Information You Provide to Us

We collect this information to provide the Services, as required to preform our contract with you, and because it is in our legimate interests to provide you with different account options and to improve our customer service and product offerings.
    • User input, such as search queries that you enter into the Services. We use User Input and other information that you submit to the Services because it is in our legitimate interst to administer and improve the Services and improve and develop our products and technology.
    • Other information that you choose to provide in communications with us, such as your name, email address, and other information you provide. We use this information because it is in our legimate interest to be responsive to your queries, manage our relationship with you and improve our customer service and product offerings.

    • To vendors or other service providers who help us provide the Services, including cloud services, payment processing, system adminstration security, customer relationship management, marketing communication, data analytics, and the deployment of Tracking Technologies.
    • When you request or direct us to disclose information, such as through your use of login integrations and social media widgets, with your consent or to perform our contract with you.
    • To third parties in connection with or anticipatoin of an asset sale, merger, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, as a matter of our legitimate interests to run a successful business.

Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, such as third-party social networking platforms, may be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use. We only use and disclose sensitive personal information for the purposes in the CCPA or otherwise in line with your consent.


    We do not "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined in the CCPA) personal information, nor have we done so in the preceding 12 months. Further, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of residents under 16 years of age.


    California residents under the age of 18 who have registered to use the Services and hwo posted User Input can request that such information be removed from the Services by contacting us at the information provided below. Such request must state they they personally made such User Input available to other users and detail where such User Input is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the User Input from prospective public view and anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified in relation to such User Input. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the User Input and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and other that we do not control.

Further information may be needed to identify you identity before exercising these rights, such as your email address or government-issued ID. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision oby contacting us through the methods described in Section 11.
